Petroleum is almost all made up of petroleum that is distilled in oil refineries. Refineries produce oil according to the quality of the crude oil and the need. Oil is preferred as development: as fuel oil and gasoline in various grades.

BASE OILS

Base oils are used to manufacture products including lubricating greases, motor oil and metal processing fluids. Different products require different compositions and properties in the oil. We supply the following groups/grades:

  • GROUP I
  • SN500
  • SN350
  • SN150
  • 180N
  • GROUP II
  • N-100
  • N-150
  • GROUP III
  • VHVI 4 CST
  • VHVI 5 CST
  • VHVI 6 CST

SLACK WAX

Slack Wax is mixture of paraffin wax and oil originated from petroleum crude oil. It is a byproduct derived in the process of producing Lube cut. The traditional usage of this product is in the production of fully refined paraffin wax which is the main raw material for candle manufacturing. Slack wax other major usage are for particle board and medium density fiber board, cable filing compound, paraffin wax, matches, candles, rust protective products and moisture vapor barriers.

CARBON BLACK

Carbon black is a material produced by the incomplete combustion of heavy petroleum products. It is mainly used as a reinforcing filler in tires, other rubber products, plastics, paints and inks.

PENTANE

“Pentanes are some of the primary blowing agents used in the production of expandable polystyrene (EPS), polystyrene foam and other foams. We supply the following grades:

  • 70/30 (N-Pentane/Isopentane)
  • 75/25 (N
  • Pentane/Isopentane)
    80/20 (N-Pentane/Isopentane)

RAFFINATE

Raffinate is a feedstock that can be used in standard quality jet fuel, with it’s low Sulphur rate, it is feed for many solvents.

WHITE SPIRIT

It is a solvent used in many industrial areas, such as paint. Produced from Kerosene, it acts as a economical solution in production.

HEAVY END

Heavy End is a kind of solvent that is being used in heavy paraffin manufacturing.

VGO (VACUUM GAS OIL)

VGO is one of the two outputs of the vacuum distillation tower (along with vacuum resid). VGO is the lighter material of the two. The primary use of VGO is as feed to cracking units such as the FCC or the hydrocracker. These units upgrade VGO into more valuable products, namely gasoline and diesel. VGO is often sub-divided into a lighter and heavier fraction called LVGO and HVGO, respectively.

ATMOSPHERIC RESIDUE

Atmospheric residue is the stuff left over after volatile material is distilled away at atmospheric pressure. It consists of all of the components of crude oil that have boiling points above about 343C. It is most commonly used as a feed for vacuum distillation units. It is also possible to blend with Heavy Fuel Oil as well.
